I read almost all available reviews before deciding to buy this mount and was a bit nervous because I have a Samsung 32 inch curved monitor and read that another customer had a problem with the tilt tension would have. I'm happy to report that not only was this mount easier to assemble than a 3 piece puzzle, but the tilt tension holds my monitor in place. My monitor is rated at 13.8lbs and the product description gives states that it will support heavier weight monitors up to 17lbs but my tension setting is as tight as it gets so I would be wary of using this mount for a monitor over 14.5-15lbs. Materials, quality and design of this mount and was surprised at how much the base unit weighs (it's beefy, not flimsy at all). The kit contains almost everything you need to assemble the device, except for the Phillips screwdriver needed to assemble and attach the VESA mount. It usually took no more than 15 minutes from unpacking to assembly.
