My 3 year old sleeps much better with this blanket! He would struggle to sleep, tossing and turning, asking for snacks and tossing and turning in bed for 1-2 hours each night before eventually falling asleep. It was also very difficult for him to get a nap in the kindergarten. So much so that our caregiver offered to do a sleep study on him. He tossed and turned the first night but didn't fall asleep until halfway through. The next couple of nights had ZERO toss and turn! He literally got under the covers and was able to relax enough to fall asleep in 10-20 minutes! It also helped him nap in kindergarten! He seems happier and more present throughout his life now. I've been thinking about buying a weighted blanket for a long time and I'm so glad I finally did! My son is 3 years old, weighs 34 pounds and has no special needs. I bought a £5 duvet and it's perfect for its size.
