I just received it and it looks great. I got it so I don't have to carry a purse with me when I travel and keep my large Samsung Note 9 phone with a wallet. Even when I go to school, I have to deal with a big, heavy, stuffed bag. I find it easier to do without a shoulder bag. I was concerned that the red color looked more like maroon, but it definitely fits the picture. It feels solid, the zippers and buckles feel heavy duty. I agree with some reviews, it's not flat. not easy to hide. Pretty easy to expand. But that doesn't affect my rating in any way. it does what i need. I really like this bag.
