One star because there is no way to get ZERO stars. Everything came wrapped in foam and tightly packed. It looks like the item arrived intact. Unfortunately the frame came with "rusty blisters" and scratches. Buyer ATTENTION! It looked good on the Revain website. But it really looks awfully cheap. Since I move a lot, I don't invest in expensive furniture. But this one looks like the cheapest I've ever had. I'm used to Ikea furniture and assembling furniture has become second nature to me. This shelf is a big nightmare. There's even a screw I'm about to put in, but the metal frame next to it is crooked. Also, the included screwdriver is of such poor quality that after tightening a few screws, the entire head breaks. And the screws are made of such poor material that when assembled they all look worn out. All parts have "Made in China" stickers like I never imagined. So funny. The support number provided is a number in China and WeChat. I don't need these stickers to tell me where this poor quality product came from. This product cost me $79.99. Not worth the money at all. It seems to me that this is a plastic shelf used for a children's playroom. $30 is my favorite. Unfortunately, I'm too lazy to waste energy on this monster, so I won't be taking it to the UPS store to return it. Enough. One of the worst purchases of my life.
