There was a small error in my original delivery when the package arrived but the pen itself wasn't in the box but don't worry I have it Contacted seller and response was timely and polite. The seller immediately sent a replacement. I'm glad I contacted the seller and didn't just send it back because the stylus is great quality, works well and is a lot cheaper than a real Apple stylus! Definitely recommend
