The bottles are nice but once the product reaches the last inch in the bottle the pump stops working. This has happened with every bottle that has reached this level. Note that there is still enough product in it and the straw reaches so far that it just doesn't pump anymore. A bit annoying when there is no gas station at hand. I did not notice this problem because the product did not arrive at this point before the return period expired. I would suggest refilling the bottle a bit when you receive them to see if they have the same problem.
