Thought it would be great for my hot flashes. I noticed that this is not the color I ordered. Then I put it around my neck and was shocked at how heavy it was. Got everything turned on. At first I liked it. Then I quickly noticed that the battery runs out quickly when the ak part is switched on. I only used it 3 times and then 4 times when part of the ace stopped working and just got hot. Felt like a heater, not a cooler. I thought my hair was getting sucked into the fan so I took it apart to get my hair out of the fan blades. Now that it's disassembled it works, but when you put it back it doesn't work. Very disappointed. I've never spent that much money on myself, but I decided I deserved it and needed it. sorry now I wish I could get my money back.
