I like that they are honest, transparent about pricing (no hidden fees), very responsive to questions or concerns you may have before signing up etc., easy process of setting everything up once onboarded so there's no confusion/misunderstanding at any point along your journey! The only thing is it can be difficult sometimes when communicating back-and forth via email as things get lost due their platform not being super straight forward but all good communication skills will help solve this issue over time if needed :) Their team has been fantastic throughout our partnership from start till now which makes me feel confident moving ahead knowing how much care & attention goes into every client relationship here!!
