This "Winthome Adult Weighted Blanket with Duvet Cover" in 13 lbs is about the right size/weight for me.The included cover in gray came preinstalled. It has internal ties to hold the weighted/beeded interior in place within the duvet cover. The fabric feels OK but it could be a lot softest. I put this on top of my comforter and it stays put and does not bunch-up.I specifically was looking for a smaller size weighted blanket instead of getting a queen size to match the bed. The 13 lbs is spread across the entire blanket so it is deceivingly heavier per square foot if you ignore the size to weight ratio. For me, the 13 lbs is about as heavy as I would like and I am 170 lbs/6'. The smaller size is also nice because you can partially cover using it which is my preference. These type of weighted blankets are definitely worth a shot for anyone like me that has difficulty falling and staying asleep, and this 13 lb blanket is well sized for one person.
