I got this for a vacation to Hawaii and it worked WONDERFULLY. When the material gets wet it's smooth and feels fine against the leg. Although I wear a swimsuit, the panty liner portion is a great quality to have and the shorts also dry fairly quickly. I got it a size up and it fit very well like in the picture, but if you want it tighter on the legs I would recommend your normal size. I have larger thighs and a smaller waist, so I appreciated the drawstring!
