Unfortunately the return period has expired so I'm sticking with it. At random times, one of the headphones will simply turn off. No reason, it just disconnects like it's not connected. I use them for lawn mowing and chose them for their surround sound capability. This prevents me from deleting them when my customer needs to speak to me. I think I need to save up and buy a better pair. I also know it's not my phone because he did it with two different phones. *Update* 8/13/21 The left earpiece stopped working. Connects but no sound! waste of money!
