Review on Zacro Charger Replacement Charging Adapter by Debbie Thomas

Bought these a while ago and have used each one maybe 5 times since buying. It's getting harder and harder to stay connected. I have to keep an eye on Fitbit to make sure the home screen doesn't show up before it goes blank. If the battery screen remains empty, the device is being charged. Otherwise it doesn't work. Edit: My rating was increased to four stars on November 18, 2018 for customer service. Lucy followed my feedback and came up with a great solution. Customer service is excellent for your satisfaction. I would buy from this company knowing that they genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase.
