Review on Dog Gone Smart Reflective Tamarack Dogs by Doris Allen

Overall this is a well tailored jacket for dogs that seems to offer some insulation on cold days. I also like that it covers more of the belly than most dog coats, which is good for mud/salt/mud etc plus some warmth (insulation isn't as thick in the lower belly). The reflective material is really reflective too - it really stands out and looks great in any light! The only downside is that if you have a dog with a thicker neck or a fluffy mane around your neck, this may not be right for them. Fur collar and neck area are quite narrow - my dog finds the edge uncomfortable although the rest of the jacket is slightly larger. Although the fur is cute, it adds a few unnecessary restrictions to their movements. It took some treats and persuasion to get my dog to tolerate it.
