Beautiful set. Excellent quality lace - it doesn't crease or crease and gives an expensive look to the bedding. Poems solid black material / ruffles which are placed under the lace - which don't fluff and show off the lace material at the top :/ I will say it's just pillowcases with lace and ONE ruffle to 'hold' the lace which was most disappointing Black material is not thick.It's quite light considering it's a duvet cover - so it depends on what you fill it with whether it's warm or not :) If you wash this set I hope it does simply "relax". "The fabric is a bit ripped - it's just that the black material has become more wrinkled :( Oh! And I bet it also needs some attention to get the lint off. Especially after seeing that the washing machine /glue the dryer to it.I bought this kit because I knew I might need to use my sewing skills to change this or give you what I expected to look like I'm using will update photos
