Item arrived well and worked on first install. However, after 10 months (during the advertised 1-year warranty period), the product failed; It blew smoke through the ventilation system and only started running at low speed and making noise. I contacted the seller and asked for support within the advertised 1 year warranty; Their profile page states that the warranty support is a replacement or refund. They replied and all they would offer was an 8% (yes, eight percent) discount if I bought a new one. When I declined and asked them to honor their guarantee, they stopped responding.
