I sleep on a bed full of pillows. I sleep like a roast chicken and roll over from back to side on my stomach several times a night as I sleep. I like the medium firm pillow that gives my neck good support when lying on my back and side. Admittedly, I wasn't sure what to expect from a shredded memory foam pillow, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that these pillows are quite comfortable. The memory foam is contained in an inner container and then the pillow contains an additional removable cover that is made of bamboo viscose and polyester. This case has a zipper to keep the memory foam in place. (You still need your regular pillowcase on top of that.) The price is quite cheap for two well-made memory foam pillows. I am satisfied with them after using them for three weeks.
