Ordered a lot in the last 2 years and then.
Both attachments in the last box opened buzzed loudly in our phones. I looked around and noticed that the magnets on the bottom of the heads were loose, so they must have been vibrating. The heads were also not brushed while in use. I contacted Sonimart and received a replacement via USPS Priority Mail 2 days later. Excellent customer service!
