Cute bug that can't be kept clean

Very cute shoes. I bought winter slippers for my two-year-old child. Pros: They are wide (my son has wide feet) My 2 year old can easily put them on by himself, they are really cute! Minus: The sole is made of a very porous material. It's like an eraser. Because it is so liquid that it cannot be kept clean. My son wore them for an hour the first day and they looked awful! I have to clean them every time he wears them just to keep them handsome.
