The beanbag is large enough for a small adult to sit in, but the manufacturer is correct that its size is more appropriate for a teen/teen or younger. This is a great chair for a child's bedroom or playroom. In our home it seems to be used most often as a gaming chair. This chair has a nice big handle which combined with its light weight makes it easy to grab the handle and move it to another location. The chair is well stuffed, all seams are even. You feel supported when you sit in it. This chair is comfortable and has a beautiful shape and color. I heard children claiming the chair as friends left.
