upset. the best in my rating
Grease stain on it, bow on the side and no quality, too small for a 19 month old baby. And my kid is not fat at all for his age but the dress has a cut out sleeve for a 3 year old. Baby and suitable for 12 months. My child only weighs 26 pounds.
