I like that they are able to provide me with great candidates at all times of day as well having flexibility when it comes time scheduling my own hours! The only thing is sometimes you have no idea what kind of candidate will show up (ie; good or bad). You don't know if your going get someone who needs training/experience vs one who has years under their belt but isn't used too much anymore so not sure how helpful he would be during an emergency situation. If there was something better out there then why switch? Make use of them while its available because once this contract ends we won’t see many more opportunities from here forward unless our hospital changes hands again which seems unlikely given where things stand now between us & UPMC since taking over last year.
