The item was well packaged but one of the internal springs was misaligned. I had to disassemble the side of the relay and reinstall the spring. After that, the device seems to be working properly. E-Stop is used on a test car I make. Otherwise satisfied with the product, as long as it can withstand actual production use, only time will tell.
