Overall, I am pleased with the fit and design. I ordered a 3x which did align with a US size 22 as advertised. The material could be stronger, but for the price it definitely provides noticable support. My main concern going into my purchase was the bathroom accessibility as a female and length of garment because I'm tall.this fit fine so I'll definitely order a couple more when restocked in my size.
