Arrived soaked in perfume or perfumed fabric softener. Washed 4 times, the smell has not disappeared. It was in the original packaging and looked like new. I had to throw the discarded packaging outside because the smell was very strong. I don't know if they all smell or if mine had an accident in a camp. I usually order a size L for shirts, but I followed the measurements in the size chart and ordered a size XL. It turns out one size bigger. Should have ordered my normal size. I missed in the description that this is a relaxed fit. I'm used to thermal underwear fitting close to the body and I need to order a size up. The fabric resembles a dense soft T-shirt, the edges have a smooth edge. It seems comfortable. I haven't had a chance to test it for heat. As for the quality, I can say that I washed it in hot water with ammonia and dishwashing liquid and it was in good condition. But it still smells like flowers.
