I like that it's easy to set up, has an intuitive interface with no learning curve required (at least compared my other options). It doesn't have as many features or integrations than some of our competitors but we're still able add those in if need be! The support team is also very responsive/helpful so far when needed even after launch day issues started being reported at 1am PST by users who were unaware they had been using their old password instead of new one during setup process - which was quickly resolved once notified via twitter chat service from @motionmailteam.
