No significant complaints for this user

I rarely write reviews. However, I only received the goods today. I don't understand written instructions well, so I looked online for how-to videos. I watched 3 different videos where the reviewers said the same thing that it basically removes hair but is just too painful to use. So I was very hesitant to try it, but I had already bought it, so I felt I should at least try it. A little background: I have particularly sensitive skin, so I don't use perfumed products and I can't put on a lot of makeup. I also have a fair amount of dark facial hair on my upper lip, chin and sides of my face. It's not particularly good, but it's not very good either. I've been bleaching and/or plucking for probably at least 30 years. I don't generally have a particularly low or high pain tolerance. What I found in actually using this item is that if I hesitated with hand movements and immediately withdrew it when I felt the first "pinch", it was so significant that it was uncomfortable that I didn't see could how I used it. However, when I used wider and more confident hand movements and just rolled it across the area without hesitation, there really wasn't any significant discomfort. I no longer doubt to use this device in the future. It removes hair easily for me and it's not unbearable at all. Of course, your mileage may vary. Just wanted to share my experience.
