I am now 26 months pregnant and this pillow has completely changed my life. I have one of those large C-shaped maternity pillows that worked well up until the last few weeks when my tummy was getting a lot bigger/heavier than before and my back was starting to hurt when I went to bed. I woke up in pain 2-3 times in the middle of the night and slept terribly at night. This wedge-shaped pillow now lies under my stomach when I sleep and I sleep through the night with almost no back pain. The support is amazing. I like to use the softer side (there is a harder/more supportive side as well). Highly recommended!
