I love my Sweet Creations cake and tart coasters. When I needed a cupcake stand recently, this was an easy choice. The little built-in cupcake stand is very cute but wobbles a bit (at least when loaded with heavy cupcakes). However, it's very convenient to have an all-in-one solution, so I think it still adds value. I love the fact that you carry actual cupcakes - it seems like the safest option possible and I always use cupcake liners. so there is nothing to worry about. The pan is heavy and looks good. I've hand washed it to avoid discoloration/rusting and it's holding up well. There are two downsides: 1) Because the lid fits snugly on the pan itself, the rim around the rim of the lid covers the entire rim of the bowl. Pan. This means that the lid will be difficult to open and close if you choose to cover the frosting to the rim of the cupcake (or high frosting) to avoid accidentally smearing the frosting around the cupcakes. Basically, there is no room for error. 2) Carrying glazed cupcakes in the pan fully protects them and prevents them from shifting or falling. That's great. Unfortunately, this also means it's difficult to demould the cupcakes without ruining the frosting or decoration. I don't like using metal utensils on baking pans, so I use two disposable plastic forks to slide down between the liner and pan and gently push and lift the decorated cupcake onto the included stand or plate. I am happy with my purchase and I hope to use it for many years.
