Excellent Tool For Customer Support

The tool is well-structured according to industry sectors and it's easy to navigate for the users. I wish the tool provided more insights to the customers through social media tools. I have noticed many tools that provide insights on the potential customers' behaviours, but not a lot of them provides insights into the customers' social media behaviours. Porter Research did. Their insights is not much on traditional methods for the customers to respond. I have noticed a lot of tools out there but they do not provide the customers the traditional marketing techniques for their products or services to target. They focus on the customers' social media behaviours, but not much on traditional marketing. This is a great tool to use for market research and it's also an excellent tool for customer support. It is a great tool to use for market research and it's also an excellent tool for customer support. I like how it is easy to use and navigate. I haven't found any one thing that I dislike. I have used this tool for both market research and customer support. It is a great tool to use for both.
