I really liked this pillow during my pregnancy. I would use it under my stomach if sleeping on my side or pinch behind my back if sleeping on my side. It wasn't too hard or too soft. I also used it between my legs. It just depends on where my complaints were. I fell in love with this pillow just as much after my baby was born. I had the AC section and had to lie flat to sleep for a couple of weeks and did it under my knees so my legs weren't as stiff. I still use it to sleep on my side. My baby is leaning against it in a U-shape as I write this. The pillowcase is easy to wash and put back on. Can't say enough good things about it.
