These are good gloves. I still break them but they seem very strong. People have noticed that when I hold them, they like to hit them. I'm only giving them four stars because I'm having trouble getting my hand in one of the mittens. I don't know if it's a glove defect or if I need to fix something else. I don't worry too much about this because I have large hands and most potholders are difficult for me to fit. I bought cheaper mittens which held up well but after a while they started to smell badly. I chose these gloves because they are leather and I was lucky that my leather gloves didn't smell that bad. Hopefully the leather gauntlets are the same!
