Quality deteriorated best on play and lounge furniture
I have a friend who has had Big Joe Captains chairs for 5 years. You have held up well. AZ, meaning long season of use. I bought mine in 2018 and 2019 the fabric is fragile and the stitching has separated. She's still 100%. I checked with their storage, treatment etc. She has 3 boys. I have no children at home. Mine will not be abused like theirs. I'm a bit disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it until Big Joe figured out what went wrong and fixed the issues. After that I would be ready to buy again.
