Review on HP 22Bw 21.5 LED Monitor - 1920X1080 HD IPS Display with Locking Feature by Joshua Barker

This is a great monitor 1) no matter the angle up to 178 degrees) and 2) no matter the input. I had an optional HDMI cable, but the system comes with a DVI and a VGA cable. The 22-24 inch models seem to be pushing the limits of 1080p, or maybe it's the stock images in Windows 8 themes that aren't scaling properly. But all colors are fantastic and there is no flickering. I specifically chose this one because 1) it has a matte finish with no reflection. I bought an LG TV a year ago and it clearly has a "rainbow cross" reflection. matte, but IPS monitors are much more expensive. 2) Best Buy priced this monitor at $130 as Zeyu mentioned. I would like to buy a 23" model but it costs a lot more.
