Review on EWK Magnetic Socket Cooper Nissan by Besim Kahsar

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worked well on Atlima 2.5L 4 cylinder 2015. I prefer the SP magnetic bushings over the rubber insert.

I bought this because I didn't have a 14mm spark plug wrench and I needed to change the spark plugs in my wife's car. I like magnetic spark plug tips because they hold the spark plug in place without using a rubber insert. The problem with the rubber insert is that oil and dirt get on it and it dries out over time. This will cause the rubber to fall out. (or sticks to the plug when you unplug the socket) I even had the rubber part that stuck to the plug on first use. (cheap sockets) Magnetic sockets are better, but the disadvantage is that small pieces of metal stick to the magnet. Removing metal parts is difficult, but possible. It is best to store it in storage when not in use. (Keep it off the ground when cutting metal, for example, and keep it away from dirty toolboxes that will pick up metal shavings or rust over time). There is nothing more to say about the outlet. The sidewalls were relatively thin, so it worked on the Altima. Now I have a candle cartridge one size bigger in my collection. A note on Iradium connectors: don't drop them. They are not designed to break. Get the correct plug when purchasing. After I was done I dropped the old end cap and the camber left the gap wide. If I dropped a new spark plug, I would have to buy a replacement.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Vulgarity
