Won't read even the cleanest DVDs
Very disappointed with this device. We have two of these and they both have the same problem: they won't play DVDs! It's easy to set up, but out of the four discs I put in, only one played. The rest would not boot and the error message "Bad Disk" would appear. It's not because the DVDs were bad quality or scratched. Two of them were in brand new condition and all were playable on PS2 and laptop. This really is the worst DVD player I've come across and I thought our previous Cyberhome player was bad.
