I LOVE this bag. It's a good size, perfect for that mom who doesn't need a diaper bag but still needs to have wipes and snacks handy. It is a soft leather that gives a premium feel. The shoulder straps are a good length and comfortable and a shoulder strap is included but I did not use it. maybe a bit big for crossbody. It has 2 large compartments with a central zip separating the 2 sections and another zip inside with pockets on the opposite side. Practical zip on the outside of the back for a mobile phone or key pocket. Highly recommend, great price for a quality bag.
