A good camera with a good 18-55 kit where you can get excellent sharp pictures without noise, the shutter sound is very quiet, burst shooting is fast enough. Now about the shortcomings: the battery discharges quickly enough during long shooting, so for lovers of commercial photography it is better to buy a spare right away, the color reproduction is not "ice", there is no rope on the lens cap, autofocus periodically misses. The built-in flash is rather weak for shooting in the evening, but now I bought an external one and the problem was solved. Conclusion: for such a price and with those photographs that are obtained from it, a magnificent device is obtained. Before that, I had experience using a Sony SLT A55 Kit18-55 DSLR, but the D5100 is compared to that "heaven and earth".
