They are ok, needed stronger ones
Good for mild eye strain from blue light. But if you're staring at screens all day, they'll help, but I recommend something more powerful. They also look more "feminine" in real life than in pictures. So if you're a man and not looking for a "feminine" look with glasses, you should look elsewhere.
