These bottles are overall a quality product however silicone is not suitable! What I didn't know is that silicone is breathable, meaning these bottles will lose moisture over time through evaporation. It will dry out anything you can store in it. It's a slow process and if you empty the bottle after every ride you probably won't even notice, but if you ever need to store product between rides these bottles are no good. I've managed to render toothpaste, moisturizer, soap, and hand sanitizer nearly useless by trying to store them in these bottles for long periods of time. I'm also not very happy with the valve in the lid, it takes too much effort to have good control over how much you push out.
