They are simply super. For real. I've read talk about smell and thickness. What do you expect? It's plastic and very cheap. They have a slight plastic smell. Heck, they're in a box in the warehouse. You will contain their scent. I didn't find it overpowering and it doesn't stay on your clothes. I unpacked most of the bags and they sat in the guest room for a week. Then I gradually take a few and pack several shirts at once. These are thin plastic bags with tear strips that are not very expensive. That's what you're paying for! The weight for me is a bit heavier than what I get from my dry cleaner. Definitely better. However, I managed to ruin one by ripping it off the strip. It happens. Since moving to Texas, I've finally worn less long sleeves and it's dusty as hell. I noticed that my white and prettier shirts were covered in dust from my shoulders. So I have them and they are great! The shirts are covered and hanging nicely in the closet. I feel like I could use each bag about 3 times before it starts tearing when I take it off and put it on. Be gentle and it won't take long.
