Review on 📷 ANNKE E200 1080p Security Camera: 4-in-1 CCTV Bullet Wired Camera with IP66 Weatherproof, Clear Night Vision, for Indoor and Outdoor Use by Dany Meadows

So I bought 4 of these cameras to add to my old 8 channel Annke DVR - model #DN81R to which I am adding these cameras. . The old device came with 4 720p cameras and they worked great. These cameras are 1080p while they worked, none of these 4 gave me color! While I could find out that one of the 4 is defective or defective in some way, having 4 units with the same defect is very unlikely. I started troubleshooting by testing different cable combinations; new with old, new and new, different ports on the DVR etc. Nothing worked! So I started poking around in my Annke DVR's GUI. The "PTZ" option should have been where the color options for cameras were, but nothing worked there. Then there was the joystick. I remember seeing the joystick when I first opened the camera pack, but didn't care. The joystick is part of the BNC cable/dongle that comes out of the camera. After playing around with this thing for two days, I came to the conclusion that the joystick was doing "nonsense". Of course I pushed the joystick and the menu items appeared on my screen! Once in these options select Video Setup and then change the HD option to TVI then Save and Reboot. This will restart the camera (not the DVR) and the images will be back in color! After several email exchanges with Annke support this seems to be a problem for me as I have an older Annke DVR. However, I'm posting all this so that anyone who encounters this type of problem should check "joystick" and make sure that if you get black and white during the initial setup, the settings are adjusted using the joystick.
