Vitamins were surprised by the size (larger capsules are more familiar to me), it was strange to get a small jar in which less than half of the volume is occupied by small transparent dragees. I start taking it with a vitamin D value of 8 (at a norm of 40-60) and a diagnosis of severe vitamin D deficiency . In a month I will take tests and write how many units the results have improved.
