I like that it's easy for customers who are not tech-savvy, i think my experience with this app has been very helpful because they have really made everything simple in order help people easily communicate through their website or calls! The only thing about using them was sometimes there were issues when having problems connecting via wifi but other than those small things nothing else seemed too bad at all so far great service!! Customer support always helps me out if needed anytime throughout our conversation even after signing up we can still talk over phone/text messaging just as long no problem exists anymore :) I like that it allows me have an easy way for clients or colleagues in different cities/countries, etc.,to reach out without having to call them myself! It also saves my phone bill since i dont need as many calls from people who are not really important anymore now with this software!! No problems yet but if there's any we will let you know right away. Keep up your good work guys. !
