The quality of the shoe is excellent and with the steel toe cap it was much lighter than I expected.
I order shoes online quite often and ordered my usual size 11 but when I received these shoes they were a bit too big and I had to send them back for a 10.5. I can't say enough about how good the customer service is at Lehigh Valley Safety Shoes and Nancy in particular. They provided great answers to my questions, recommended the right size, and sent me a return label quickly and without hesitation. They even agreed to postpone the return because I was on vacation. Great people who are fun to work with. I bought shoes for gardening and lawn mowing. I wish there was an extra steel toe guard in case my foot slips under the mower deck or I drop something heavy. Great looking shoe, great construction and steel toe cap wasn't as heavy as I expected. I highly recommend them.
