I bought this waist belt hoping it would help me lose weight. I am 5ft 2in and currently weigh 182lbs. After having 2 children, I carry a lot of weight in my stomach. I bought the black updated version in size XXL. Shipping took about a week for me and 1-2 days until I finally received it. I was very excited to try this as I have tried many other waist braces/trimmers that didn't work for me. It either wasn't long enough to cover my whole stomach or it was too stiff and rolled up and down which was very annoying. I also have back pain from time to time and when I finally tried the waist belt on it fit me perfectly and exactly how I wanted it and I felt immediate relief in my lower back. I also felt it helped my posture. It was very comfortable to wear around the house and I've also used it for workouts where my stomach was so sweaty which is great! It wasn't hard to train, I've worn it on both the treadmill and floor exercises and I was still able to move without stopping. Overall the quality is great and it fits exactly how I wanted it! I look forward to the expected results.
