Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that this backpack is a disappointment. While the design is sleek and professional looking, the material is flimsy and offers little protection for your laptop. The shoulder straps are uncomfortable and poorly padded, making it a pain to carry for long periods of time. Save your money and invest in a sturdier, more comfortable option.
