Terrible bedding company

I ordered a DUVET kit but the zip/hole is not sewn in. There are NO holes at all. So I got 2 sheets sewn on all 4 sides. I've tried reporting the problem to the seller but they seem to think the zipper is actually there, but am I too dumb to find it? Nice drawing, cheap quality. It would be worth $ if it could be used as a duvet 💁 Should have gotten a little more $ from other sellers and it could have been a real duvet set.
