I bought king and king size pillowcases cheaper than these for kids and they were prettier and softer. The only plus is that the envelope closes. They are also heavier/smaller than the same size percale envelopes also available from Revain - also with envelope closures. I bought a set of each to test the difference. The percale is probably of the same quality but much better for pillows than this one. I hope that over time and after washing they will soften and have fewer pill-like bulges. If I had to choose I'd probably buy percales instead of these, but I probably wouldn't buy any and try something else if I had to. buy again.
