This tea infuser is absolutely charming and relatively durable. However, I broke my first one while washing when I put it on a dry towel and it slid down, gently hitting the glass bowl next to it. The inner layer is torn and torn. That was my shortcoming. So I bought a second one but it had a small tear when it arrived. I replaced the broken bottle with a new one and now I finally have one that works. Four stars for durability and it gets pretty hot a minute or two after adding hot water because it gets too hot for me (even with double sided) to safely hold. I would recommend taking it with you if you don't have time to let the tea cool down a bit before taking it somewhere.
