This controller is not worth the money

I brought this controller as a birthday present for my 10 year old daughter in April. She used the controller a total of 3 times before it stopped working completely. This controller was a waste of time. The controller return process was terrible as it stopped working after a 30 day return or replacement policy. But the daughter was offended and upset because she liked the controller. I'm a single mom so I can't afford to change my charger at the moment. I really want my result to be different. Not worth the money in my opinion. We had a bad experience.
